The best Academy I have been to by far. Tried a few styles before going to John's, but for variation and fitness combined it's by far the best. I'm sorry I can't get down anymore due to work commitments.
Having completed the 4 week course, I cannot recommend the training highly enough. From the minute I walked in the door there was just a fantastic atmosphere. John and Robert are fantastic coaches, with great knowledge , patience and 2 genuinely nice guys into the bargain.
If anyone is looking to learn a martial art, get fit and be involved in a really great group of people then this is the place.
Having not done anything like this before I was initially apprehensive, but thought I may aswell give the 4 week course a try with no obligation to continue if I hated it. Turns out I needn't have worried. Tutors are great and really friendly. A good pace of teaching, John and Robert break techniques down into small steps making it easier to grasp.
4 week course completed and I'm loving it so have decided to stay on.
