"I've been training Martial Arts for about 13 years now.
I'm currently a Red Belt in Mixed Combat Systems (MCS), Red Belt in Jun Fan Kickboxing and a 10th Khan in Muay Thai.
I love studying Martial Arts because, of the journey that it takes you on. Not only does Martial Arts help to keep you fit and to protect yourself, it always brings new challenges. No matter what rank I might achieve in any Art that I study, I will always learn something new, throughout my life. It's a never ending journey that has always kept me captivated for many years.
I'm currently studying MCS, Silat, Jun Fan Kickboxing, Savate and Muay Thai. My favourite Arts are MCS and Silat."

"I have been training martial arts for 2 and a half years now.
I'm currently a green belt blue stripe in MCS.
I train martial arts because it always challenges you and develops you. It has given me goals to work towards whether it's my next grading, a new pad routine or stick drill to learn. I also love learning about the history of the arts.
My favourite art is MCS as it combines all arts that I train".
"I've been training for about 6 years now. I'm a black belt in the Junior Martial Arts Programme (JMAP). I train because Martial Arts has so many different paths for you to choose.
My favourite art is Thai beacuse when you are doing a complex drill it really gets you in the zone to understand."
"I've been training Martial Arts for just under 3 years now. I'm currently a blue belt in JMAP but aim to achieve my black belt one day. I train martial arts because you never know where it will take you there is so many different arts for you to train that even when you think you know it all you realise you only no very little.
My favourite style of Martial Arts is BJJ because it's very technical and takes time and effort to understand."
